Our client is seeking a Head Chef for this establishment in Derbyshire.There are no evening shifts as the shifts are 8am - 6pm five out of seven days, and working the odd time until 8pm. This is a great opportunity for a quality Head Chef who is passionate about their career, and has the flair,and skills to produce good quality food using fresh locally sourced produce, and also have the added bonus of evenings off.
The ideal candidate will have a good background to produce quality food, and have the imagination to create new ideas.The Restaurant can get really busy so the ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, cooking traditional British food.
